What is the differences between Bmx Tires - !!!?
Am only 12, and i am gettin a bmx for chirstmas, because am gonna get serious with the bikes am getting, becuase i dont want to get a bike that tyres look nice but are rubbish, so far i have saw 4 diffierent tyres, 1 - Street Natural Bmx Tires, Designed to Look nice (in my opinion)
2 - Ramp Tires, Designed For Strength On Landing,
3 - Mud Tires, Designed For Skidding i Think :S
4 - Chunky Mud Tires, I Think For Riding On Mud!!!
Please Help!! I Dont want to screw up my choice

Well really what you have classified as types of tyres aren't proper.
Your three basic types are:
Street: Smooth with no knobs. Tread print is visible but not of much importance. Only major variable is the compound used, this will affect traction. These aren't meant for trail riding but I have seen some using them on dirt rhythm sections.
Dirt: Often used at trails these have a raised tread with a pattern suited to dirt riding. These range from Basic tread types to more aggressive tread types. You can ride these on asphalt and cement but depending on the compound used to manufacture them, they may wear out faster meaning you'll have to replace them sooner. How ever, while they last they will have good traction. Look at the Primo "dirt monster" tyres. Very nice, 2.10 is a good size but make sure they will clear with out rubbing. If not just take them back and exchange them for a set of 1.95's. Or you can mix your sizes a bit by riding a 1.95 on the back and a 2.10 on the front. This works well because you have less rolling resistance on the rear wheel so you can achieve a higher speed and you have a wider tyre on the front which allows you to gain traction in turns.
All Terrain: These can be used on all surface. This is generally what comes on a bike like that of which you would by at Wal-Mart or Tesco.

Advice on buying your new bike:
Buy one suited to your needs. From what you have stated you want to take part in some aggressive riding based loosely around the style of BMX. Look at the following brands: Diamond Back, Specialized, DK, FBM, Fly, Haro, Mosh.
Do NOT buy any of the following: Huffy, Mongoose, Road master, any other brand you will find at a general store, Tesco, wal mart, etc...
Once again, go to a bike shop to look for bikes. No where else.
As far as riding in mud goes, don't. It's hard on the terrain, it hard on your bike, and you'll have to clean your bike.
About it being hard on your bike: Since it's mud, it can squeeze in to places it doesn't belong. Sooner or later what will happen is you'll have to replace bearings, your chain, re-grease everything, and your bike will slowly begin to rust.
If you're forced to ride through mud, make sure it's not up to the mud. If it isn't go through it just fast enough to maintain balance but not so fast it gets mud all over you and your bike.
