The Sibyl Temple Foundation was founded in 1991 as a non-profit 501c3
organization to promote and preserve the Sybil Temple in Vestavia Hills,
Alabama. The Foundation manages the grounds and day-to-day operations for
the Temple as well as fundraising efforts for it's restoration. A volunteer
board of directors made up of community and business leaders leads the
Foundation. In 2003, in partnership with The Vestavia Hills Garden Club,
the Foundation launched a campaign to restore the Sibyl Temple, Vestavia
Hills's most historic landmark.
"I would like to encourage the residents of Vestavia Hills to assist the
Sibyl Temple Foundation in their fund-raising efforts to restore and
renovate the Sibyl Temple. We hope you will join in this wonderful
community effort by purchasing a brick or making a general donation to our
most historic landmark."
